The FPS Team

| Description | We came for the frames per second. We stayed for the floating-point operations per second. The FPS Team is the official BOINC crew of TheFPSReview.com — a home for PC hardware enthusiasts, gamers, and benchmark junkies who'd rather see their rigs running flat out than sitting idle. When we're not chasing high frame rates or pushing GPUs past their rated specs, we put all that silicon to work crunching real science: protein folding, climate modeling, prime hunting, signal analysis, and whatever else the projects throw at us. Got a gaming rig, a render box, a retired mining card, or a closet full of hardware you swore you'd "find a use for"? This is that use. Every spare cycle counts, every result is real research, and the leaderboards give you one more thing to compete over. First-person shooters trained the reflexes. Frames per second taught us to obsess over performance. Now we point all of it at problems that actually matter. Lock and load. Join The FPS Team. |
