related to v2.35 windows

1. running 100% on multiprocessor = 16core +16HT
2. suspend 16 of them not working and running further in background
3. running all 32, the host is getting nearly unresponsible = CPU load 100% on all cores

Thanks for the report! Version 2.37 is now live for everyone:
3. Fixed: the solver now runs at idle priority (like other BOINC projects), so the desktop stays responsive even with all threads busy. Idle throughput is almost unchanged (−2% in our test).
2. Suspend does work: a suspended task stops using CPU. But BOINC then starts another queued task on the freed thread, so the CPU stays at 100%. To use fewer threads, set "Use at most X% of the CPUs" in your BOINC computing preferences. Resumed tasks continue from their checkpoint.

One task per logical CPU is expected.
